Pending: We have received your order in our system, and it is waiting for our designer or production team to check and process it.
Awaiting Payment: Your order has not been paid for. Please log in to your account to complete the payment. If you encounter any issues, contact us immediately at (061) 97-50-51
Incoming Film Orders: This status indicates that we are expecting your film order but have not yet received it in the post. If you have already sent your order, please allow sufficient time for delivery, and feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.
Approved: We have received your films by post, and they are being processed in the queue.
Printing in Progress: Your order is currently being printed. At this stage, it is too late to make any changes.
Ready for Collection: Your order is ready for collection. You can pick it up during our working hours:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Shipped: Your order has been printed and shipped via courier. Please check the tracking information on the courier’s website for the latest updates on delivery. You can find a tracking number for your order in your Printpoint account
Closed: order has been marked as closed in our system, indicating that it has either been shipped or collected.
