Important Notes for Your Prepaid Film Development Package

• Negatives Return: The Digital Package does not include the return of negatives. If you wish to have your negatives sent back, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Ensure the stamp value is not less than €3 to cover return postage costs.
• Postage Costs: Customers are responsible for the postage costs to send their films to us once all three rolls are ready for development.
• No Refunds for Blank Films: Please note, no refunds or credit will be issued if the films come out blank due to exposure or processing issues outside our control.
